1. Sensitization & Exposure

Participants will holistically review:

  • contemporary thinking on process, performance efficiency and management frameworks
  • internal and external workflows to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and Wastes (non-value adds) 
  • fully proven, structured frameworks, toolkits and document templates for use in problem-solving and do-it-yourself continuous improvement workouts.
  • technological disruptions that are reshaping businesses, including digitalization, providing contextualized services and products that transcend mobility and analytics.

The Training workshops will be conducted in phased series and in three modules namely:

  • Module 1 - Exposure to OpEx mindset to include knowledge sharing and Case studies (contextualized to The organization).Participants will be given assignments to develop Action & Work plans for continuous improvements
  • Module 11 -  Participants will be required to develop end-to-end Value streams (Value stream mapping and modelling). Expectation is that OpEx workout teams have been assembled and that a structured approach is being adopted for Process improvements
  • Module 111 - Improving and Sustaining Improvements. Expectation is that continuous improvements are being undertaken by OpEx workout teams through regular P-D-C-A cycles. Teams not only working to maintain Standards but also improving the approaches taken. In addition to the “to be” Process map review, evidence of OpEx tools used will be provided.
